Sitka's campaign emails moved fast, but specs lived in chats and a separate Google Sheet, so builds kept starting from scratch. I designed the sends and homepage layouts, then built what was missing underneath: a component library, a brief system, and a Sheets-to-Figma sync that turns the brief into the build. The work helped lift engagement 20%.
